There's no tax on monthly lease.

In daily rates and lease option, rates are based on double occupancy a surcharge of $20 will be charged for every additional person

In Lease option ONLY:

•	Limited maid service.
•	Towels and bedding accesories are provided by the Apartotel Don Francisco.
•	Laundering of the towels is the responsability of the tenant.
•	The apartotel can assist the tenant in setting up an outside contractor for pickup and delivery of laundry items.
•	Continental breakfast included.

Deposit Requirements:

•	Lease - $250 non-refundable in advance.
•	Apartotel nitely rental $84.75 - one nite non-refundable deposit in advance.
